Getting there

Arrival
The party will take place at the Foundry Ruins at historic Atlanta Utility Works. We recommend building buffer time into your drive to account for traffic + parking and/or rideshare.
This venue is slightly south of downtown, close to the airport, and will require travel on I85 South via the Downtown Connector.
Look for wedding signage or staff directing guests upon arrival.
Rideshare + Carpooling
We highly encourage carpooling or rideshare for easy travel, especially for those who plan to drink. We will provide Uber vouchers for those who plan to Uber or Lyft.
The Venue
Atlanta Utility Works is a historic early-1900s industrial site in East Point that played an important role in Atlanta’s manufacturing growth during the “New South” era. It originally operated as a major production hub for farm equipment, fertilizer, and mill machinery. Today, the preserved industrial structures, including the Foundry Ruins, have been transformed into a modern event space that keeps much of its original character while serving as a uniquely modern backdrop for moody weddings and events.

During peak times, expect the following. Departure times are significantly shorter, especially late in the evening.
Athens → Atlanta: approx. 2 hours
Cleveland → Atlanta: approx. 1 hour 45 min. — 2 hours
Dawsonville → Atlanta: approx. 1 hour 30 min.
Cumming → Atlanta: approx. 1 hour
Staying Nearby
If you’d rather not drive home late, there are plenty of hotels nearby in downtown Atlanta. Feel free to book wherever is most convenient for you.
Parking
Free parking will be available on site in Atlanta Utility Works’ designated event lot.
